Crash is a 3-player card game where you form 3-card hands and compete for points.

How to Play Crash Card Game

Crash Card Game is a 13-card brag style game. Each player is dealt 13 cards and arranges them into up to four 3-card hands. Hands are revealed and compared in order (Hand 1 to Hand 4). Win a hand comparison to score a point.

  • Deal: Each player receives 13 cards from a standard 52-card deck.
  • Build hands: Create up to four valid 3-card hands; unused cards stay as spares.
  • Compare: Hand 1 is compared first, then Hand 2, Hand 3 and Hand 4.
  • Score: Each hand you win awards 1 point. First to 7 points wins.
  • Crash: Win all four hands in a single round and you Crash, winning instantly.
  • Bonus: If you’re dealt four of a kind and successfully lay all four cards across your hands, you earn +1 point.

Crash Card Game Hand Rankings

Every hand in Crash Card Game contains exactly 3 cards. Hand type ranks first; card values break ties within the same hand type.

Run Order

Runs have a special order in Crash Card Game: A-2-3 is highest, then A-K-Q, then K-Q-J down to the lowest run 4-3-2.

When you click Validate Hands, the game also runs a win-probability calculation for each of your four hands. It quickly simulates thousands of games and shows the percentage of times your hand would win in that position (Hand 1, Hand 2, Hand 3, or Hand 4) against randomly dealt opponent cards. Use it to compare arrangements and spot weaker hands before you start laying.

How does the four-of-a-kind bonus work?

If you’re dealt four cards of the same rank, you earn +1 point only when all four of those cards are used across your laid hands (not left as spares).
